We've partnered up with Indicate to bring you one of the most effective psychometric testing platforms around. Indicate is a new way to discover individual strengths and character styles, providing a solid platform on which to build a successful future.
Our belief is that by helping young people discover what they are strongest at, and how they can communicate these strengths beyond the experience of subject pass or fail, we can better prepare them for their journey from education into work. We can help them to recognise the types of roles most suitable to their personality and natural characteristics.
Indicate provides accessible, effective, value-for-money psychometric tests. These astute, sophisticated, yet easy to interpret behavioural strength tools have been developed with 35 years' psychometrician expertise behind them. The tests are suitable for students of all ages, stages and background, boosting self-awareness and self-confidence.
What Are Psychometric Tests?
A psychometric test is a questionnaire which asks for your responses to different scenarios or situations. The responses can be interpreted to explain more about your inherent capabilities and traits, providing a completely objective and standardised way for assessing an individual.
How it Works
All our psychometric tests are carried out online using simple-to-follow questionnaires. You or your people can complete your test at any time of day, and from any internet-connected location for maximum convenience.
When you complete any of our online psychometric tests, your PDF analysis report is produced immediately and can be emailed directly to you, or to a pre-determined central contact in your organisation.
We provide two types of report that have been specifically designed for young people, these are IndicateDestinations and IndicatePotential. You can find out more about how these and which is best suited to your needs below.
